Our outdoor pool will be perfect for residents and their visiting families. It will be a large lap pool with a wading pool for younger children, open seasonally.

This space will be used for yin yoga, hot yoga, mindful stretching, and meditation. Balance classes may also be available.

It will accommodate group dance classes, social events, tambola/bingo, cultural gatherings, and other occasions, such as a visiting book club author or a small musical gathering with outside artists. When families visit during annual holidays, this space may also be converted for children’s activities, making it a flexible and welcoming environment for everyone.

In addition to the reading nooks located in each block, residents will also have access to a well-stocked library and a games room tailored for social engagement. With an array of cosy, ergonomic furniture and a generous lending library filled with a diverse selection of books, residents will be actively encouraged to enrich the community by donating and exchanging their beloved books with one another.

This dedicated room will serve as a creative sanctuary for residents passionate about handicrafts such as crocheting, knitting, sewing, and embroidery. With ample natural light and a warm, inviting atmosphere, the space is designed to inspire artistry and foster community engagement. The room will host painting workshops and various art classes, encouraging residents to explore new mediums and techniques.

This cosy space will have a premium sound system and large TV for watching concerts and streaming music. Group music classes may be organised as well. It will accommodate intimate performances and rehearsals by residents.

This is a comfortable space for residents to gather and watch news programs and other scheduled TV shows together.

Our 40-seat indoor movie theatre features a state-of-the-art Dolby Atmos sound system and stadium seating. We will screen films daily, and the theatre may be booked in advance for special events like Indian Idol finales, cricket matches or Republic Day festivities. Residents may stream from all major Indian and American OTT platforms.
