Waitlist & Community Building

We invite you to the waitlist, bringing together families who are committed to co-creating vibrant, independent living communities in South Bengaluru. We expect to conduct 4 to 6 virtual workshops for up to 90 minutes each. Through workshops and in-person consultations, we ensure that both children and parents are aligned in their vision for the future. These workshops form the basis of your commitment to the Pairental community. This waitlist is more than a queue—it's the foundation of a close-knit community that values input and collaboration. When everyone is ready, and the conviction is strong, a refundable deposit secures your place in this exceptional community.

Client Commitment

As soon as we reach a quorum of committed clients, we transition from concept to reality, converting deposits into purchase agreements. Together, we’ll build a community where your parents can thrive, surrounded by like-minded individuals and supported by thoughtful design and amenities.

Once purchase agreements are completed, residents are eligible for all Concierge and Suvidha Services (as applicable). With these frequent touchpoints, we aim to build trust with your family by learning your parents’ needs during the Build phase. Our Resident Advisors will familiarise your parents with Pairental’s mission and services before they enter their new home. With your family, we work diligently through the relocation process, from moving services to downsizing guidance and any other useful Suvidha services.

We will foster a community of future Pairental neighbors by hosting events, workshops, and mixers; they will step into Pairental with a dozen friends!
